Sure. Why not. But we gotta have something more original than "the Dawghouse Award". "The Dawgies"? Nah, too corny and predictable. "The Beemees" might just work. It's memorable and catchy, plus it's a sort of "inside joke" to those of us who have been members, both official and casual, that have been here long enough to remember the origin of it's namesake. I say we go all out and have not only awards for merit but the equivalent of the Razzies (called the Dawghouse) for categories like: worst customer service, most consecutive years of not having a photo of their product, etc. Perhaps even a BME (pronounced "beemee") memorial "award" for most anticipated, but never released product. Do you agree? |
