Most conventions I can usually plan 2-3 months ahead. Larger shows take about 4-5 months to plan, and the GAMA trade fair, which was this weekend, I started looking at room rates last October. Rooms in Vegas get sucked up fast, (especially when NASCAR is in town!) |
