I don't paint 15mm, but I use actual tongue depressor size sticks for 25/28mm all the time. I use them even if I'm painting a single figure. It makes it a lot easier to turn, manipulate, etc. the figure without touching it. This is a major advantage for when the figure (or my hand) is not 100% dry. This is especially helpful when doing base work. |
