Personally I prefer Tamiya Grey primer in spray for 25-28mm and above. It shows all the details and where the shadows and higlights must go better than white I used before. GW Black spray for 15mm when I have to speed paint. Personally I do not like black too much as I have to paint first in a lighter colour before applying reds and blues to get the tones I want. I also tried browns but didn't like them also as I lost the shadows and highlights with it. |
