But there are actions which revolved around the conduct of a few regiments even individuals (skirmish scenarios)which are very intersting to play out. Many large cavalry engagements took place without a lot of inf. being involved. Cavalry in 15mm always impressed me, swirling up and down the table, dismounting, remounting, bringing up the guns. I have ACW cav. units (15mm) just to play out these scenarios. The old club always went back to Stars and Bars for the big games tho'. Hmmm.. my brother has always used JR. |
