| POLL DESCRIPTION |
I wasn't sure I wanted to run this poll - given that the subject tends to stir people up - but the topic keeps coming up on the Message Boards, so might as well get it over with...
Which of the following best matches your attitude on a possible U.S.-led invasion with the intent to disarm Iraq? |
need proof of violations | A pre-emptive invasion of Iraq is not justified without proof of the existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. I don't think there is sufficient proof yet.
war is immoral | War is evil. I am opposed to all wars, even so-called "good" wars.
continue inspections | U.N. weapons inspections should be given more time.
war won't solve the problem | War is not the means of solving this problem. I am opposed to war against Iraq.
North Korea first | The world should focus first on North Korea and their nuclear build-up - they are the real danger at the moment.
go it alone if necessary | An invasion of Iraq is necessary, and should be undertaken even without United Nations' backing.
need U.N. backing | An invasion of Iraq is justified only if the United Nations approves such military action.
finish War on Terrorism first | It's a mistake to initiate war with Iraq when al Qaeda and bin Laden are still at large.
