Any time after all the tourists are gone(huzzah and thrice huzzah).
Get up to speed in mid winter , usually terrain(trees just now ) and Mrs r.d(absolute STAR!!) on the brush(figure a day,to a v,v good standard 9/10, Mohawks for F&I ).
Mass varnishing in spring.
Then joy amongst joys more tourists(yay)
