I've been working on getting my two hour paint jobs down on my NPC fantasy figs. They're working out pretty well.

And then I'll take those same techniques and apply them to my armies. By 'army' I mean about 30 figs. With assembly line process I'll get down to under 2 hours per fig but I'll be happy with the end result.

Higher point figs get more paint lovin' of course.
