I'd fall in with the which rules set are we talking about? Some rules sets are more "luck" and others are more "skill" in terms of the orientation of the games. In reading some of the other comments, however, list creation in a points based game and probability studies do factor in a bit of skill in researching the probabilities which takes some skill. However, even in those games – bad die rolls or lucky die rolls can certainly foil and statistical study. |
