Many, many, years ago (early 1980's) one of the things that really distinguished Nick Lund's sculptures as part of Chronicle Miniatures Adventurers line was that all the female figures were of sensible proportion and, whilst planning their life of adventure had bought armour and swords and rucksacks and lanterns and…..rather than the more common "dagger of easy hiding with the neglige of over exposure" combination. That was a really rare thing back then. I think Mithril also dress their women as women, but since they are LOTR inspired not so many in armour. |
