It may not be a strict definition of per diem as used above, but you guys (the BoD) did vote yourselves some type of compensation at the cons when you have meetings at the con. It's there in one of the few Board Minutes that have been posted on the HMGS East web site.
According to that same list of Board Minutes there are many meetings you guys have at the cons that would qualify you for that compensation. If this compensation has been negated since passing it, and we are not aware of it due to non-posting of minutes, please enlighten us.
