I'm looking for the colors of the cloaks (manteaus) for Dragoons and for Guard Lancers (Dutch preferably).

I've see white, I've seen light blue, dark blue, gray and dark green.

Would officers wear different colors than the troopers?

Hussar officers had decorative trim I see in at least one illustration. Same for Dragoons or Guard Lancers?

From Tradition Magazine No 64 which has a large article by Michel Petard on the Red Lancers clothing:

From Figurines Magazine No 52 – excellent article by Michel Petard on the Empress Dragoons:

"Manteau

Note the green manteau is listed by Rousselot as an officer 1807-1808

In the french army museum is one of the very rare samples of a french cavalry coat. It also had been shown in the exhibition of 1813 in the Dresden army museum.

I published two photos of the front and rear of the cloak in the uniform portal at:

It is so tempting to show cuirassiers at Waterloo with the various regimental facing colours showing on the folded cloaks on top of the partmateaux. But alas, by 1815, they were no more. What Markus shows us seems fairly universal by then.
