Hi Guys I'm just getting into 15mm Napoleonics. It seems that very few manufacturers have websites with their range shown with pics etc. I find this very hard to believe, after all the internet has been around for years now. The only one I have found so far is the Essex range. Can any one give me links to any other 15mm manufacturers ? |

Thanks for the suggestions Surely there must be more ! That Deep Fried Happy Mice (stupid name) site is great, but it is now very outdated most of the data etc is dated 2005. It seems he is not updating the site, which is a shame. But I imagine it was a lot of (unpaid) work |

Extra Crispy runs Deep Fried Happy Mice and my understanding was he did it as a labor of love. It would be wonderful if he updated, expanded it and perhaps trimmed the organization so it was easier to navigate. But frankly, if he is only going to do one thing to it – leave it up :-) because it is still a great resource! I was in contact with Old Glory 15s a while back and inquired about their lack of photos (they do have a number of figure packs with photos but the vast majority do not). They said they would love to have more. I offered to take photos of the various packs that make up my collection and send them to them but the conversation stopped when I mentioned getting store credit in exchange. Too bad really, I've got a *lot* of their figures as several guys I game with. I wasn't seeking to make some mad profit but also not looking to donate a couple weekends to the charity of someone else's business. Cheers, The Bandit |

I am in a country where there are no 15mm retailers. So I depend on what I read here And on manufacturer and dealers websites. I have my own website (in another field) and I know that it is hard keeping things up to date. But If you are going to sell on a website, then you have to put some effort in. Some of the general comments I have Many don't have pictures of all the figures – how can one decide ? Some have a review button (but there are no reviews ! wasting my valuable clicking time. Some say click on here to enlarge and the "enlarged picture is about 5% larger. |

I am looking at the Fantassin 15mm Bavarians, how do they compare to the AB figures? I like the fact they will sell a set of skirmishers all firing not a 50-50 mix with them loading a rifle. I already have a large amount of Ab figures. Thanks, Fred |

Yes I don't really like AB's policy of mixing up their "variants" as they see fit. Arn't Fantassin now called War Modelling ? |
