"Anyone Else Get A "Special Foundry Discount" Code?" Topic

I got an email telling me I was one of a select few to receive a special Foundry discount. Just wondering if everyone got one, or if I indeed am special.

I got one and I don't think I've bought anything from Foundry in at least 5 years!!! And I'm apparently a special customer. LOL

Me too! Dunno why I'm 'special' (no, don't try to tell me!) – I don't buy much from them, and that won't likely change until or unless their regular prices become more reasonable (or the rest of the industry catches them up), or their postage charges change from being 'flat rate', which currently makes buying a few packs prohibitively expensive.

Somehow I seam to have gotten two. Two separate emails both to the same address. I've only ever given them one order too (admittedly a large one).

Yep, I got one. As usual, it'll probably prompt me to spend an hour or so browsing Foundry's site before eventually deciding that I don't actually need anything.

What was the discount? Better then the online promo?

Yeah, the part about normal postage rates applying killed any thought of ordering for me.

Yep, got it. Still, you could buy a book at 20% off, and then get free postage for it and whatever else you buy.

What Parmenion said, alas. Being Special doesn't make up for being out of work, *sigh*. Sniff.
