Steve Jackson Games Ogre line has infantry figs in 6mm |

Darby, they used to have pictures on the website, but since the remake I don't know if they have come back yet. Whoever got the rights to the MJ Miniatures line probably has the BAD COMMAND robots and some of those minis are 6mm. FORCE XXI have some resin 6mm armour that ranges for indifferent to quite good. Some of the lower numbered CAV items from REAPER are good for 6mm – If you need a transport aircraft/dropship a la ALIENS the Merlin is perfect at a scale 28 metres long. |

I really like the Dark Star range by Adler, but their vehicles are a bit expensive, as you can see from the list above. Their figures are nice though. |

I wish that I could convince Adler to expand upon that line a bit. I would nearly kill for some more support vehicles for that line (and I mean non-combatant support for the most part – but a few artillery vehicles and some infantry artillery would be good too) |

EC, Excellent list, many thanks – I've just spent some hard-earned funds and I reckon some of my gaming crew could soon well be doing the same :o) |

OK, have to put in a good word for darkrealm – very quick turnaround on my order and well packed – even had an explantory note in the box about the stock, a pleasure to do business with. |
Top Gun Ace | 26 Jun 2008 3:34 p.m. PST |
Yes, I would like to see more for the Adler range done as well, especially more combat vehicles, e.g. more mobile AA guns and missile launchers for the various factions, self-propelled guns, tank killers, VTOL's, aircraft, etc. I'm less interested in non-combat support vehicles though. |

Adler's stuff is actually cheaper through their US distributor, as you get three tanks for $7.25 USD (or roughly £3.60): link |

Adler just did a release of some new mid-tech vehicles for their 6mm line. I too would like to see a few artillery pieces, command staff vehicles, or sensor towers (although I have already built about ten that look pretty good. mask has seen them). I need to go looking for some interesting machined mechanical pencil parts. They usually make for decent sensor towers for 6mm forces. |

I'm a fan of the often overlooked "Days of Empire" line by Reviresco. link Some neat stuff there, monster tanks abound. And the prices are nice. I'll often add extras to their models( MGs, stowage, sensors, etc
) to give them better details. I gotta order more of the T-488 monster tanks. |
Covert Walrus | 26 Jul 2012 5:02 p.m. PST |
Artraccoon, I agree on some of the Reviresco vehicles – Love their Harridan soviet style helo, perfect for micro-games of Cyberpunk ( Yes, really ) – but a lot of the "6mm" vehicles work slightly better with 10mm. Not that that is a bad thing though. I'm still missing some MBT sized quad walkers, which there are so many designs out there, just no minis sadly – most are in the Mech size range, though often nice. |

Covert, as the culprit who designed so much of the DoE line, I'm glad you like the Harridan. Leland R. Erickson Metal Express metal-express.net
