They don't appear to have.

I could scan you a price list if you'd like?

ciaphas30 Dec 2007 10:39 a.m. PST

No web site yet, though Andy has been thinking about putting one together. He was gaming at the North Hull club yesterday, WW2 with a lot of his terrain :)

They used to sell through behind the lines but they closed up a couple of years ago and then on e-bay but havent seen anything lately

This is the price list I picked up at Reading, so it should be reasonably recent although please don't rely on it. It should give you an idea about what's available at least.

Sorry about the quality, it's a scan of a photocopy..

A colleague and I visited Border Reiver last September and purchased £140.00 GBP worth of scenery from The Last Valley. As of yet it still has not been received. There is no answer to either e-mail or telephone requests for a delivery date. Does anyone else have other contact details, or has anyone else experienced similar difficulties?

Whilst Andy is a very nice bloke his mail order service has been sadly lacking for years – you will get your stuff, but I wouldn't want to put money on when. Best option we found in the past was to agree another show to collect stuff at.

normsmith01 Jan 2008 6:21 a.m. PST

I think he will be at Vapnartak (York) on 3rd Feb 08

The order for £140.00 GBP of scenery is still outstanding and all attempts to contact Last Valley have met with no success, including a letter sent by Recorded Delivery, which was refused by the householder. This amounts to nothing less than theft and we will now go to court to recover either our goods or the £140.00 GBP Anyone else dealing with Last Valley should be aware of this.

smirnoff05 Mar 2008 5:00 a.m. PST

Yeah, seems £159.00 GBP worth of my money has gone west as well. Andy does not answer the phone or emails since he informed me the terrain was ready and could he have the cheque. He stopped communicating once he'd cashed it.

smirnoff05 Mar 2008 5:01 a.m. PST

Hey 4 Brigade, want to do a joint action?

TwrchTrwyth05 Mar 2008 11:51 a.m. PST

I will be glad to join with anyone who is owed money/goods by The Last Valley. If my money is not returned or goods supplied I will consider sending bailiffs to a show to recover either.

smirnoff28 Mar 2008 4:53 a.m. PST

Latest news: Last week two mates confronted Andy Worsely at a show Today less than half of the order from The Last Valley arrived with no note enclosed either explaining why an incomplete order had been sent nor why there had been such a delay and a refusal to communicate with me after the cheque was cashed. I am pursuing the supplier. 4 Brigade, I suggest we take any recover plans off forum.
If you agree post on here and we'll work out a way to contact each other.

4 Brigade28 Mar 2008 8:09 a.m. PST

I can be contacted via a UK mobile or land line number

4 Brigade28 Mar 2008 8:19 a.m. PST

I have been browsing other web sites and also spoken to colleagues who have placed orders. Making a rough count it would seem that 'nice guy Andy' has pocketed some £1,000 in orders, which as yet remain unfilled. There are probably others out there who do not use these web sites and are unaware of just how big this problem is. Perhaps its time for show organisers to bar him until he has paid his debts!
