USS Puritan

A set of STL files representing the large Union monitor U.S.S. Puritan. She was designed by John Ericsson. The U.S. Navy originally specified a two-turret design against Ericsson's advice, but the second turret was deleted and the design changed whilst the ship was in build. Incomplete at the end of the Civil War, her 20" guns were not manufactured, and the ship was finally scrapped.

The models are scaled to 1:600, and print well at 1:1200.
