The Mersey rampant games all work fairly well together. Could pretty easily take profiles from Rebels and Patriots for Union and Confederates. TMWWBK does cover the tribes. What are you looking for in a useable list?

Regimental Fire and Fury might work if you integrate some aspects of the Franco-Prussian War French variant and the Yankees from the Late Unpleasantness Between the States.
