Hello all!

I am seeking info on a wargame that I half recollect from the 90s. It wasn't by GW. It wasn't Warzone.

The box set contained some card fortifications that where white or white/grey. They were reminiscent of some of the GW card bunkers, command towers, etc at the time. I'm pretty sure they were two-level.

Any ideas?

The only two I can think of are Combat Zone! and Vor: The Maelstrom…

Neither of those games has white/grey card fortifications…?

Though the card brick ruins are sort of neat in Combat Zone.

Could it be Trinity: Battleground from White Wolf? That came in a big box with lots of cardboard terrain.

Boardgame Geek has some pictures of the contents, including assembled terrain:

I have a copy at home somewhere, with the cardboard terrain still unassembled.

Yes! Very likely! THANK YOU! This has been bothering me for YEARS!

I'd buy the terrain.

I am not planning on getting rid of that cardboard terrain. Besides, it would be a bit of a pain to ship since the cardboard sheets are rather large.

However, there is a Canadian company planning on re-releasing the game (notice a few pictures of the original game contents showing the cardboard terrain in the first link):

There is loads of terrain like that on the market now. Assemble for your game, take apart and lay flat for storage. I saw a bunch last year at Adepticon.

Regarding the Boardgame Geek page that I linked, that one provides a wrong release year (1997).

I did a bit of digging in archives, and Trinity: Battleground was released in 1998. However, its sister game, Trinity role-playing game, was released in 1997.

Maybe Necromunda 1st edition. Had some plastic bulkheads with card walls and floors.
