Anyone know of a source for non-Terran pack or draft animals? I think in all my miniatures gaming, I've only seen two. At the right price, there'd be a smallish caravan. But even at the wrong price, there might be one or two for scouting and exploration.

I'm quite partial to the "World of Twilight" range for alien critters; there's a wide range of plausible-looking beasts. Some already have packs, though others could have loads added to them if you felt like it. Here are some examples:

Thank you all! Several possibilities I'd missed. or didn't know were still in production.

Go to the dollar/craft/hobby store and get a couple sets of small toy plastic animals.

Rhino heads on turtles. Shark heads on rhinos. Tapir heads on giraffe bodies (with no long necks). And so on.

Fancy craft paper will make nice "horse" blankets. Cross stitch floss makes nice equipage.

Carts and wagons are pretty easy to fold from cereal box. The hard bit is wheels … you can probably find buttons or other bits that work for that.
