Thanks for posting. Currently my favourite for major battles is DBMM as the leave the feeling that you really just took part in a battle, but seeing good reports of the other systems around is always inspiring. I have the rule system and one day I will have to fight the same battle with different systems.
Is the Renatio-et-Gloriam by Helion worth buying? I got the download-version, but never went beyond army list porn. |

Puster – The printed Renatio-et-Gloriam book has no lists. The only printed list book for it is ECW and 30YW. There are on-line lists for sale for most other settings. Some of these are much closer to completion than others. Based on all that it is quite a price hit. The download version has been superseded and is not worth trying to figure out. Unless you are playing ECW/30YW or have a local opponent I suggest holding off until printed lists for the armies you use are available. I like many buyers had DBR armies sat stored for a long time and took Renatio-et-Gloriam as a chance to get them into action |
