Just saw theses rules and have a few questions

1. What is the difference between Nightwatch Terror and Treasure and Nightwatch Blood and bone?

2. What sort of monsters are there. Are there werewolves, Vampires and zombies or are they more fantasy style monsters like orcs ect.

3. Could I use the rules for Victorian monster hunting ect. Or are these really only for fantasy type games.

thanks

Both games are open-world, open-miniature, and built on the same core mechanics. (An action dice pool and tiered enemies.)

Nightwatch Terror and Treasure is a simple, 'heroes-face-waves-of-enemies' game. Bare bones system for getting minis on the tabletop quickly. Easy to learn. Easy to teach.

Nightwatch Blood and Bone is more complex. Still a minis wargame, it's a stand-alone rule set with more nuance to player characters, new actions, a menu of traits for flavoring enemies, plus light RPG rules for gaming out simple narrative scenes.

As open world, open miniature you can certainly set your hunts in the Victorian era. The rules accommodate blackpowder weapons.

hope that helps.
